Some people leave Buffalo
for Hollywood, but here is a story of someone who left Tinsel Town for
Buffalo ! Ron "Grasshopper" Glatzhofer was born and raised in
Hollywood and worked for over twenty years in the entertainment
business. First as a roadie and eventually working his way up to
Tour Manager for many musical groups. He has worked for many notable
acts, such as Parliament Funkadelics to Aerosmith.

After retiring from the
road, Ron turned to his other Love . . . "Cooking". Since
he is a native of the west coast, Southwestern foods, hot sauces and chili
based foods, have been his specialty. After working at several
southtown restaurants (where Ron is known for his authentic southwestern
dishes) Ron decided to go into business for himself. Marketing his
most requested item . . . his signature salsa. So now you have it,
"Saltamontes Salsa".
